protection of your personal data, and in this regard we inform you of the following:
In accordance with the provisions of articles 6°, 8°, 15 y 16 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal
Data Held by Private Parties, hereinafter referred to as the "Law", this Privacy Notice is issued.
In compliance with the Law, as well as our own corporate guidelines created to ensure the privacy of our
users, the Personal Data that you, hereinafter referred to as the "Owner", provide will be identified in our
internal system as "Confidential Information”, in consideration of the following: the Law Firm is committed to
the transparency, security and privacy of the Personal Data of clients, suppliers and any third party.
Any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person, such as full name, address, date of
birth, telephone number, private email account, among others, will be protected by the Law Firm.
These Personal Data may be collected by the Legal Firm when the Owner voluntarily provides them through any
means, including without limitation, in person, by telephone, conventional or electronic mail and / or
Internet pages, in order to generate contact with the Legal Firm.
This Notice of Privacy applies to all Personal Data that is collected directly by the Legal Firm, whether
verbal, written, or through images or sounds.
When collecting and processing your Personal Data, the Legal Firm undertakes and obliges to observe and comply
with the principles of legality, consent, quality, information, proportionality and responsibility provided
for in the Law.
PURPOSE
In accordance with the foregoing, the main purpose of this Notice of Privacy is to obtain information to
initiate a contractual and / or commercial relationship, either to attend to the corporate affairs of a
commercial company or individuals, to develop contracts or to carry out a legal defense before tax, customs or
administrative authorities; and the secondary purpose is to prepare and / or initiate files, give notices to
authorities, public notaries or prepare writings; to follow up on documents or actions related to the main
purpose.
Additionally, the Personal Data of the Owner may be used to comply with the identification, information
technologies, operation, administration, marketing, commercialization and other similar and lawful purposes,
in accordance with the provisions of the Law; to analyze the circumstances when entering into agreements or
contracts. When you as the Owner voluntarily provide us with your Personal Data, you are expressing your
consent to this Notice of Privacy and therefore you are authorizing the Legal Firm to collect, compile, use,
transfer and store your Personal Data in accordance with it and with applicable laws; which implies that you
understand the meaning and scope of its terms.
You may, as the Owner, revoke your consent at any time without retroactive effects being attributed to it, in
accordance with what is established below. In order to comply with the provisions of article 16 of the Law,
the following is stated:
PERSONAL DATA AND SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA
The Legal Firm has requested and received and / or could request Personal Data. These information is provided
voluntarily and free of charge and could consist of one or more data in an enunciative way, but not limited
to, it can be requested and it is described below:
a. Name (Paternal Surname, Maternal Surname and Names).
b. Address or Domicile.
c. Marital status.
d. Place of birth.
e. Date of Birth.
F. Nationality.
g. Data of partners or shareholders.
h. Personal or cell phone.
i. Email address.
j. Unique Population Registry Code (CURP).
k. Federal Taxpayers Registry (RFC).
l. Advanced Electronic Signature.
m. Information on national and / or foreign suppliers.
n. Information to present some means of defense and / or provision of the service.
The Information referred to above could be captured and corroborated by the Legal Firm through supporting
documentation that may be requested from the Owner through the various operational departments and accredited
personnel of the Company, either directly and personally from the Owner himself , or, through electronic,
optical, sound, visual means or by any other technology in order to comply with multiple legal and
administrative obligations, as well as negotiation and generation of contractual relationships with its
customers and suppliers, as well such as the fulfillment of their tax and social security contributions. All
of the above in strict adherence to current legislation in the Mexican Republic.
Regarding Sensitive Personal Data, in particular, we could request, only if necessary, data regarding
financial, customs or tax information that is linked to the main purpose indicated in this Notice of Privacy.
Security: Your Personal Data will automatically receive sufficient and necessary protection
to protect it as such, using the highest standards of administrative, technical, physical and legal protection
that we have, in order to avoid damage, loss, alteration, destruction, use, access or unauthorized treatment.
Risks: Notwithstanding what is indicated in the previous paragraph and the fact that the
Legal Firm undertakes to do its best in the care and protection of your personal data, the Owner must be aware
of the permanent risk to which any site is exposed on the web and / or other means, regarding interference,
destruction, extraction, manipulation, etc., of information that can be executed by unauthorized third
parties, since neither the Legal Firm, nor any physical or moral entity, have the absolute guarantee to avoid
such actions, so the Legal Firm disclaims any responsibility for actions undertaken by those third parties
that are outside the scope of the Law.

accordance with its security policies and procedures, to ensure your Personal Data against improper or illegal
use, unauthorized access, or against loss, alteration , theft or modification of your Personal Data; its
illegal disclosure being prohibited and its treatment limiting in accordance with the provisions of this
Notice of Privacy and applicable legislation.

MEANS TO EXERCISE YOUR ARCO RIGHTS
The Owner, as of March 17, 2017, being the holder of the Personal Data, or where appropriate, its legal
representative, can exercise before the Legal Firm, any of the rights regarding Access, Rectification,
Cancellation and Opposition, of your information, also known as ARCO rights by their initials, that
contemplates article 22 of the Law and that are explained below, with the understanding that each of these
rights is independent of each other, that is, it is not necessary to exhaust one to be able to exercise any of
the other three:
Access: It is the power of the Owner to request the Legal Firm to inform him if it has any of
his Personal Data in its Databases.
Rectification: It is the right of the Owner to correct their Personal Data in possession of
the Legal Firm.
Cancellation: It is the power of the Owner to request the cancellation of their Personal Data
in possession of the Legal Firm.
Opposition: It is the power of the Owner to request the Legal Firm to refrain from processing
their Personal Data in certain situations.
Requests to exercise your ARCO rights must be submitted in writing to the Legal Firm at the address indicated
in this Notice of Privacy, or by electronic means through our Internet portal (www.tpaabogados.com), or where
appropriate to the email (contacto@tpaabogados.com). In all cases, please consult with the Legal Firm, that
your request to exercise your ARCO rights has been correctly received, in order to avoid communication
problems or unnecessary delays. The request that you make as the Owner to exercise any of your ARCO rights
must be in writing and contain at least the following: (i) your full name, email and address or means to
receive communications; (ii) your identification or documents that prove your personality or that of your
legal representative; (iii) the clear and precise explanation of the Personal Data to which you wish to have
access, rectify, cancel or oppose; and (iv) estimated date of when the Personal Data was provided to the Legal
Firm, and any other element or document that facilitates the location of your Personal Data.
All communication should be directed to the following department, which has been designated as responsible for
the processing of requests and promotion of the Protection of Personal Data, in terms of Article 30 of the

If you send your request via email, you are reminded that it must be submitted later at the indicated address,
in order to reliably prove your identity, for the safety of your personal data. The Owner may revoke the
consent that, where appropriate, he has granted for the processing of his personal data. However, it is
important to bear in mind that not in all cases we will be able to respond to the request or terminate the use
immediately, since it is possible that, due to some legal obligation, or because the legal relationship
subsists, we need to continue treating your personal information.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
The Legal Firm may transfer your Personal Data to the following persons and / or entities, with the
understanding that it must ensure that those persons and / or entities maintain strict confidentiality with
respect to the information provided: 1. The controlling, subsidiary or affiliated companies of the Legal Firm
in Mexico or abroad; 2. National or foreign clients to whom the Legal Firm provides services; 3. Third party
service providers and authorities, for the fulfillment of commercial, legal, accounting, fiscal, regulatory or
contractual obligations in charge of the Legal Firm, including banking institutions, or government agencies,
subsidiaries or affiliates in Mexico or foreign; 4. Third parties for reference, personal, commercial,
marketing, information technology, operation, administration, commercialization and other similar and lawful
purposes; and 5. Authorities, Judges, Notaries, Public Brokers or experts who, due to their work, need to have
access to your personal data.
We inform you that for the aforementioned data transfers, we need to obtain your consent based on the
procedures indicated here, so if you do not express your refusal within a term of 5 (five) business days, for
said transfers, we will understand that the transfers have been accepted.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE NOTICE OF PRIVACY
Any modification to this Notice of Privacy will be informed indistinctly, through notices in the offices of
the Legal Firm, email or through the internet portal www.tpabogados.com.
